A large set of vital macro and microelements is supplemented with B vitamins, provitamin A, vitamins E, D, PP.

Pearl barley cereal contains more fibre than wheat, and its protein is richer in nutritional value than wheat protein. It also contains natural antibacterial agents. Abundant in pearl barley, lysine is an amino acid with antiviral effects that also fights against microbes, which cause acute colds.
