Preparation:
- Open the pouches of Allaire diced beetroots.
- In a large bowl, mix beets with lemon juice, vinegar, and olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper, then add chopped parsley and stir gently.
- Cube the feta cheese, add it on top, and serve.
- Serve chilled.
